Volunteer
Volunteers are appreciated and welcome to help the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry either on an ongoing basis or for special events such as the annual U.S. Postal Service Letter Carrier Food Drive and Holiday gift basket drives. At any time, you may complete our Volunteer Form, print it and mail it to the address on the form print it and mail it to the address on the form, email us at volunteer@wifoodpantry.org, or call the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry at 781-245-2510. Even when there are no open positions, having your information in our database will aid us when we need volunteers for events or newly open volunteer positions.
The pantry is operated by volunteers during open hours. We are in need of two or three people who could assist in the pantry on a substitute basis. Substitutes would be needed to assist other volunteers between 9:30 and 11:30am on a Tuesday or Thursday morning.
The Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization.
