WHS Student Council Encourages Students To Be Involved in the Community and Ran A Great Food Drive

We are so excited to share that the Wakefield High School Student Council recently ran a successful food drive for the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry.

The food drive netted 478 food items!

Says Caroline Hurley, a sophomore, on behalf of the Wakefield High School Student Council: “The Wakefield High School Student Council is a student-run organization that strives to practice cooperation, encouragement, and trust throughout our organization and our school. We wanted to run a food drive to encourage Wakefield High School students to become involved in the community in an easy way. We wanted our peers to experience the joy of giving especially during the holidays, and we hope we have achieved that while also helping families in need.”

On behalf of our clients, thank you so much! And Happy Holidays!
